이 약관은 주식회사 창대한(이하 "회사")이 운영하는 KoSaju(kosaju.com, 이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 이용자의 권리·의무를 정합니다.
서비스는 이용자가 입력한 생년월일·출생 시각·출생 도시 등을 바탕으로 한국 전통 사주(四柱) 체계에 따라 계산한 결과와, 생성형 인공지능(AI)이 자동으로 작성한 개인 맞춤 풀이(디지털 콘텐츠)를 제공합니다. 사람이 상담하거나 직접 풀이하지 않습니다.
① 서비스의 풀이 문장은 생성형 AI가 만든 결과물입니다.
② 서비스는 오락과 자기 성찰을 위한 것이며, 의료·법률·재무·투자·진로 등에 관한 전문적 조언이 아닙니다. 미래의 결과를 보장하지 않습니다. 중요한 결정은 반드시 전문가와 상의하십시오.
① 서비스는 만 14세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다.
② 다른 이용자와 사주를 맞춰 보는 기능(인연 레이더)은 만 18세 이상만 이용할 수 있습니다.
① 유료 서비스의 내용·가격·이용 기간은 결제 화면에 표시합니다.
② 결제는 회사가 계약한 전자결제대행사를 통해 처리되며, 회사는 카드번호 등 결제수단 정보를 저장하지 않습니다.
③ 정기결제(구독)는 이용자가 해지할 때까지 표시된 주기마다 자동으로 결제됩니다. 이용자는 언제든 해지할 수 있고, 해지하면 다음 결제일부터 청구되지 않습니다.
청약철회와 환불은 「2. 환불규정」에 따릅니다.
이용자는 타인의 정보를 동의 없이 입력하거나, 서비스를 불법적인 목적·타인을 괴롭히는 목적으로 이용하거나, 서비스의 정상 운영을 방해해서는 안 됩니다. 궁합 기능에 상대방 정보를 넣을 때는 그 사람의 동의를 받아야 합니다.
회사는 운영상·기술상 필요에 따라 서비스를 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며, 중요한 변경은 사전에 사이트에 공지합니다. 유료 이용 기간 중 회사 사정으로 서비스를 중단하는 경우 남은 기간에 해당하는 금액을 환불합니다.
회사는 풀이 내용을 근거로 한 이용자의 판단·행동의 결과에 대하여 책임지지 않습니다. 다만 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실로 인한 손해는 관련 법령에 따라 책임집니다.
회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 시행일 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)부터 사이트에 공지합니다.
이 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁은 민사소송법에 따른 관할 법원에서 해결합니다.
부칙: 이 약관은 2026년 10월 11일부터 시행합니다.
These terms govern your use of KoSaju (kosaju.com, the "Service"), operated by Changdaehan Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), a company registered in the Republic of Korea.
The Service calculates your chart in the traditional Korean saju (Four Pillars) system from the birth date, time and city you enter, and provides a personalized reading written automatically by generative AI. No human reader or consultation is involved.
Readings are generated by AI. The Service is for entertainment and self-reflection only. It is not medical, legal, financial, investment or career advice, and it does not guarantee any future outcome. Please consult a qualified professional before making important decisions.
You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service, and at least 18 to use the Fate Radar (matching with other users).
Prices, contents and periods of paid features are shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never store your card number. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you will not be charged again from the next billing date.

Do not enter another person's details without their consent, use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass anyone, or interfere with the Service. When you use the compatibility feature, please make sure the other person agrees.
We may change or suspend the Service for operational or technical reasons and will announce important changes on the site in advance. If we stop a paid service you have already paid for, we will refund the unused portion.
We are not responsible for decisions or actions you take based on a reading, except for damage caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence as provided by law.
We will post changes on the site at least 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to you).
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
